You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be included, along with all tags, accessories, and manuals
  • Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, items showing signs of use (including body oils, odors, or wear) are not eligible for return unless defective

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@roburixsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product)
  • If the purchase was a gift, we may issue store credit or an exchange upon verification

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue

In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
